Please treat the flat with respect. We will charge you for any damage or heavy soiling. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. Other people are living in the house. Please behave considerately and observe the quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00!

For the environment:

• Switch off the lights when leaving the flat
• Separate & dispose of rubbish

Please also note:

• Put the key back in the box and turn the code afterwards
• Wash the dishes before leaving the flat and remove them from the dishwasher
